Transitional Year Program

A one-year program based in the Department of Medicine, with its own website.

Lincoln’s Transitional Year program is based in the Department of Medicine and directed by Dr. Jean Pratt Daniel. Preliminary and transitional residents train alongside the categorical Internal Medicine residents on the wards, in the ICU, and in the Simulation Center, and several of our testimonials come from preliminary residents who went on to anesthesiology and other specialties.
