A procedure-intensive service: colonoscopy, upper endoscopy for elective and emergent GI bleeding, and ERCP.
This procedure-intensive service offers exposure to colonoscopy, upper endoscopy (including emergent endoscopy for unstable upper GI bleeding), and ERCP. The division emphasizes evidence-based practice, which makes it an excellent learning experience for residents on the elective.
